Dr. Ye Beverly Du’s specialized approach to "whole-person" health was refined during her training at Harvard, columbia, and three-year tenure as the Expert Psychiatric Consultant for the J. Flowers Health Institute. There, she specialized in Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations for high-net-worth individuals, executives, and professionals—individuals who do not just need to "function," but need to perform at their peak.

 
EDUCATION & TRAINING

Education & Training

Dr. Du graduated from Harvard University and Harvard Medical School. She then completed adult psychiatry residency at the Columbia University Psychiatry Training Program where she spent a full year of her training focusing on mastering several modalities of psychotherapy including CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She further refined her psychodynamic skills through the Psychoanalytic Fellowship at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research and the Fellowship in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in Houston.

 

Experience

Dr. Du founded her concierge psychiatry and psychotherapy practice in 2015 with a focus on high-performing individuals. For three years she served as an Expert Psychiatric Consultant for J. Flowers Health Institute, performing comprehensive assessments and treating clients in their wellness program. Dr. Du shaped the next generation of physicians as the Director of Psychotherapy Education and Psychiatry Clerkship Director at Baylor College of Medicine. Her leadership extended to the front lines of clinical care as the Medical Director of the Intensive Outpatient Program at Ben Taub General Hospital. She currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of Voyager Wellness, a non-profit dedicated to supporting well-being through thoughtfully-designed technology, and as an expert case consultant for the UNC Chapel Hill Psychiatry Residency Program.
